Every member of Sylvester/UMHC is an ambassador to our community, thus all faculty and staff email signatures should reflect the Sylvester brand. Please use the following format for your email signature block:

Privacy Disclaimer
For most faculty and staff (including clinical), the Sylvester/UMHC co-branded logo is the appropriate choice. For research faculty and staff, the Sylvester/Miller co-branded logo is the appropriate choice.
Specifications
- Font should be Times New Roman or Helvetica, 10 pt (with 8 pt for privacy disclaimer)
- Use black type, which is easiest to read
- DO NOT use non-Sylvester logos
- DO NOT use clip art or characters (such as Sebastian the Ibis)
