Taking Care of Testicular Cancer
Mission: To create awareness of testicular cancer to the South Florida community and its dangers of not being caught early. In addition, we seek to raise funds towards testicular cancer research benefitting Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, the only academic research facility in South Florida that brings research advancements from “bench to bedside.”
WHAT: Fundraising event benefiting testicular cancer research, prevention, and education at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
WHY: Sylvester is changing the paradigm of discovery, innovation and cancer care for specific types of cancers. As the only academic-based cancer center in South Florida, Sylvester represents the cutting edge of cancer treatment for the University of Miami and UHealth System.

WHERE: The Moore Building, 4040 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL
WHO: Chaired by Andres Rodriguez, a testicular cancer patient, and his committee, Taking Care of Testicular Cancer is expected to draw more than 1000 members of South Florida’s philanthropic and business community.
