Biography

Baha Moshiree, M.D., M.S. Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of Motility, is the newest physician to join the Division of Gastroenterology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.  She received her undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Florida.  She then completed training in internal medicine at the Medical College of Virginia in 2003. She successfully completed subspecialty training in Gastroenterology at the University of Florida in 2006 with advanced training in Motility Disorders during her fellowship. She joined the College of Medicine at the University of Florida as Assistant Professor in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition in September, 2007.  In April 2012, she joined the University of Miami as Associate Professor and Director of the Motility.
