‘Shop for the Cure’ to Benefit UM/Sylvester

When: Wednesday, November 8, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What: ‘Shop for the Cure’ to benefit the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. No admission fee.

Who: Hosted by the Papanicolaou Corps for Cancer Research.

The Pap Corps is the largest all-volunteer grassroots fundraising organization in the state of Florida. The 17,000 members work diligently to raise money to fund a variety of research initiatives at UM/Sylvester.

Where: Embassy Suites – 661 N.W. 53rd Street, Boca Raton, FL (off Yamato Road, near I-95)

Why: A fun day filled with shopping for a cause. This is an opportunity for shoppers to purchase holiday gifts uniquely designed for this special day and to contribute to cancer research.
