Groundbreaking procedure used for tumor patient

12.12.2014

MIAMI (WSVN) — A South Florida father who has been suffering from a brain tumor was treated by doctors with the use of an innovative procedure.

Tests revealed that the father of five had a glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor that makes up 80 percent of all malignant tumors. “The first doctors I went and spoke to gave me six months,” said Monti.
