Make an Appointment

Apointments can be made with many of our cancer specialists by calling the Physician Referral Office (PRO) at 305-243-5757 or 1-800-432-0191, some of our physicians prefer to handle appointment scheduling in their own offices. By calling our Information Center, you will be connected with either the PRO or the doctor’s office, whichever is appropriate.

The UM/Sylvester Information Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can be reached by calling 305-243-1000, or at 1-800-545-2292. Appointments can generally be made from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.

You can also make an appointment online with one of our cancer specialists by filling out our secure online appointment form . Please note the form is titled “University of Miami Medical Group Appointment Form,” which is used for all University of Miami doctors, including those practicing at UM/Sylvester. Once you have completed the form, just click and submit. It’s that easy. You will receive a response by telephone within one business day.
