Multidisciplinary Research Programs
Scientists at Sylvester are grouped into seven multidisciplinary research programs— Biobehavioral Oncology; Breast Cancer; Cancer Epidemiology & Prevention; Genitourinary Malignancies; Molecular Therapeutics; Tumor Immunobiology; and Viral Oncology.

Treatment Approach
Sylvester uses a targeted, “site-based” approach to treating cancer. This means that dedicated, board-certified physicians with expertise researching and treating specific cancer sites oversee patient care.
