What to Expect

Your first integrative medicine appointment at Sylvester will be a comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Mehta that includes a preliminary assessment of your diet, physical activity, and lifestyle. During this initial dialogue, we will develop a wellness plan with exercise targets, nutrition recommendations, and relaxation techniques.

Your second appointment introduces you to each member of our integrative medicine team. On subsequent visits, we set and track specific goals to improve your health and forge a true partnership towards wellness.
